We visited for the first time without an appointment and were still greeted incredibly warmly. Since all the consultants were busy, we were immediately offered an appointment for just an hour later. We spontaneously decided to go somewhere warm again and visit the Kozica travel agency. Ms. Hain greeted us and discussed our wishes with us. It was simply wonderful how she searched high and low to find us the best price and the best time to travel. We felt very well taken care of, and her competence was evident – truly excellent service.
