I am on the fence about this doctor. Dr. Kozer is very professional but curt - bordering on unfriendly. He asks a question and when I answer, he interrupts. He seems very knowledgeable but he is missing warmth. The front desk staff is also that way... cold/unfriendly
Doctor is very professional and knowledgeable, my family and friends going to him and he has helped many of then.
