I normally don’t write these and like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but there were some issues I had with Dr. Kozawa. He is very polite and nice, don’t get me wrong. He isn’t rude by any means (apart from showing up late to every appointment). After 16 yrs Ken stopped seeing me do to meds not in my system it took 3wks to get appt I wonder why he came into exam room back to me on laptop told me pain meds not in my system and I had benzodiazepine witch I asked what that was he said valium I new that was false did not ask if there was anything I took that would make that make that show up then I got a letter telling me he should no longer see me all of my meds where cut off cold turkey not good 16 yrs not one problem now this two thumbs down for his practice

Diagnosed in March with Liver Disease. It's now July and they have done nothing to give me any answers. They have ran a bunch of unnecessary tests however that have nothing to do with my liver. Called them to find out why I've not heard anything from them on any follow up appointments and found out the Dr I last saw there quit and no one bothered to proceed with my treatment plan that was layed out or bothered to contact me. I absolutely despise Dr Ken's nurse Rhonda. She called me today and said I'm returning your call. I said I didn't call and she said Good and hung up. I have a lot of health issues and feel now after 24 years that my life doesn't matter to them.
