I absolutely despise Dr Ken's nurse Rhonda. She called me today and said I'm returning your call. I said I didn't call and she said Good and hung up. I have a lot of health issues and feel now after 24 years that my life doesn't matter to them.
I love Michelle Davis! I have never been to a Doctor like her. She really cares for me as a patient! If you are in need of a Doctor I strongly recommend her! She is so pretty inside and out!!
Every appointment is over an hour wait and 5 minutes with the doctor. He is always"running behind". 3/27/24 Cannot get this office to call you back. I have left several messages for the doctor or nurse to call me back about prescription issues and no one will return my calls. Needing my medication pretty bad. Guess it will be another ER visit to get the medication I need. 4/3/24 still no call back. Still no medication. Severe vomiting and pain due to no medication to treat condition.
