Literally came there 2 possible 3xs. Completely my fault for allowing things to progress as fast as they did... Don't listen, maybe spends 5 minutes with you and then done. Bills insurance wrong and his staff is not helpful but rude.
Wonderful doctor. He was my doctor for many years. Very compassionate and very knowledgeable.
After looking for new primary care , my best friend Brenda suggested Dr. Kozarek for establishing as a new patient. From entering the facility and checking in , I was greeted with smiles from his front desk receptionist Derrick. Very kind and helpful individual. After filling out all necessary paperwork which only took about 10 minutes, my name was called by Dr. Kozarek’s nurse. I have been with Dr. Kozarek for years. About 2 years ago I moved to Indianapolis. But I won’t give Dr. Kozarek up. I’ll make the trip back to Edinburgh. I have complete faith in Dr. Kozarek. He is a wonderful Doctor and a kind person.
