These guys were amazing! Bob really took care of me. I brought my vehicle in for exhaust work and the guys did a much more thorough inspection than I anticipated, which to me, reflects on their standards to provide high quality service. When they found out I needed my car back urgently, they really stepped up to make sure the job was done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Baker Auto!
Dropped van for free brake inspection. Verbally told $1440 for master brake cylinder plugs hydroboost system. Told pads and rotors in great shape. When declined the work to get a second opinion, told $58 fee for inspection. When pointed out their free brake inspection sign, told that's just inspection, they had to diagnose issue. Sign says free diagnosis, but not this time. Then charged $62 including shop supplies fee, but no supplies were used for inspection, "have to charge it".
