Called 10 time and no answer. Can’t ever get an appointment or the right paperwork. Very frustrated with how unprofessional this place is.
Dr Kodak’s staff leaves something to be desired. Bluntly, they are crude and good luck with getting a prescription. Wait times are absurd. I’ll never go back because of Dr Kozak staff
This office is a joke. I called in for my prescription refill I have been a patient there for years. They asked me if I have ever been there before… then, they said I needed an appointment to get it refilled… THEN they called back and said they would just fax it over to the pharmacy since I already had an appointment coming up, and I go to pick it up, and they never faxed anything.. it’s like this every time me or my family needs a refill.
