DR. Kozak has been my doctor for over 10 years now. He and his office have consistently done an excellent job of monitoring my prostate issues, always proactively making sure that both he and I are ahead of any concerns. He has created an excellent DR/Patient relationship and I feel like I am in more than capable hands.
Extremely rude and impersonal receptionist-did not return my greetings even though I am a doctor myself. Wonder how she would treat patients in general ???? The doctor was to the point and hesitantly answered my medical issue. I do apologize to patients for the indifferent way he treated them.
