Dr. Kozacko was wonderful, he and his staff were incredible to work with for the removal of my son's wisdom teeth. Everyone was incredibly efficient, caring and provided exceptional support for us. Even when my son and I were out of town traveling Dr. Kozacko was available to help for a minor complication my son had three weeks after his surgery (due to my son not rinsing well), he went above and beyond to provide exceptional care!!

I had an extraction and an implant with Dr. Kozacko . Both procedures went well. The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable . Dr. Kozacko genuinely cares about his patients. He even called at the end of his day to see how I was doing. Great office.

My 7 year old is having a tooth extracted as I write this and just have to say that the staff is incredible. I'm a nurse and have high standards. Every single person her is happy, warm, and interactive with me and my son. I'll never go to another oral surgeon if the need arises.
I have taken 3 of my children to Dr. Kozacko for their wisdom teeth removed. All three did great!!! The office is very professional and runs very smoothly. Plus they checked my insurance and have always given me nice payment plans on my out of pocket expenses. I highly recommend Dr. Kozacko and his whole office.
