I visited your store yesterday and initially had a positive experience, as we were greeted by staff and offered assistance upon entry. However, the service at the checkout was very disappointing. Although it was getting busy, which I understand, the staff member serving us showed a lack of care and professionalism. After scanning our items, she did not remove the security tag, and despite us requesting a bag, she handed us the items without one.
