I’ve shopped here a few times and while they have a decent selection of Korean and Japanese skincare, there’s a weird inconsistency with their product range. I’ve bought specific skincare products before which I’ve liked, only to find they’ve stopped stocking them completely when I go in to restock, which is odd considering they don’t carry a huge skincare range to begin with. I spend no joke thousands of dollars at this store per year because I love Korean skincare. Everytime I come into this store I am followed around like a thief when I’ve never stolen anything in my life. I understand management is probably putting pressure on their staff but it’s really, really uncomfortable. Today was no different and I’ve finally decided to take my business elsewhere. Last week I went to Koyo and had a wonderful experience. Staffs were really friendly and helpful. They are very patient, answered all my questions and suggested the product that best suit my skin condition!!! Luv it😍😍Definitely will go back next time. Recommend to every Korean/Japanese cosmetics lovers!!!
