Don't work in Sigma Cage unless you like living at your job. Don't work third shift unless you like never being listened to and things constantly being your fault, also management that outright lies to get what they want. I love working for JTEKT and I love the department where I work at but 7 days constantly is too much. And one day off every other weekend is not enough. Heat Treat managers needs to use common sense and not make everyone work 7 days all the time even voluntarily. If it's voluntarily, dont make them work 7 days if they dont want to. If the production schedule is really heavy, then make everyone be on 7 days but if the schedule is lower at least make everyone be on 6 days. I only have a small problem with this place because it dumped chemicals in my family’s lake a while back (the one immediately behind it. It is private property), and it is noisy at night. In the winter, the leaves fall off the trees and their lights shine brightly across the lake. It also gets even louder. Otherwise, they haven’t bothered us much, which is nice.
