This man is dangerous. Removed my brother from 1 of his mental health meds completely. No titration, no discussion with his hc proxy. Nothing. Immediate removal of this med for a long time user can cause anaphylaxis, withdrawal and mental decline. Additional danger imposed as brother is on dialysis and rapid withdrawal could shut down his kidneys altogether. Stay away from this md.
