Service Dropped Over Time I've been going to Lilly Nails since its opening a few years back. I loved it and thought the service was superb. However, over the past 6 months, I've notice a definite decline in service. I find myself supervising more often in terms of cutting and shaping. I believe it may be due to the newer, less experienced technicians. I also find that, even on very light days, they are able to complete a pedicure in 15 minutes with obvious implications to the outcome.
