Ordered general chao chicken they gave me orange chicken never even bothered to ask if I wanted rice just didn’t add any….a prime example of being too successful and not caring about the customer twice they got the order wrong and chicken was hard not well prepared

Ordered take-out this evening at 4:02 and the order was delivered within 15 minutes, while I live at least 7 minutes away. That should have been my first clue. The food was so dry I almost choked. It wasn't even warm. I ordered from the luncheon menu. So I assume they just threw in the containers the stuff that was sitting around from lunch. Awesome place. Alot of the Wwe wrestlers went there and still go there. Awesome food, awesome atmosphere, I loved seeing them cook the food. We went there after my moms wedding once, great food, great place. Love it.
One of the greatest disappointments. – My husband and I had been looking forward to eating at this establishment for a couple of weeks as we were spending the afternoon on the north shore and this was an early valentines dinner. We sat down and ordered a scorpion bowl for 2 and got a single one. Then we ordered a poo poo platter it came to us immediately and was so cold and stale we were shocked!! WORST TAKE OUT – THE WORST TAKE-OUT SERVICE IN ALL MY 60 YEARS. THEY CHARGE $.80 FOR EXTRA DUCK SAUCE. $40.00 ORDER AND THEY WANT ANOTHER $.80 THAT IS A REAL PIGGY MOVE. Not so great anymore...bummer I literally grew up 5 minutes from this place and still live local. let me tell you, it is NOTHING like it used to be. service has taken a huge nose dive and so hasn't cleanliness. If you go on a really busy night, the food is great. but any day during the week that's slow, the food is awful; always cold and looks like its been sitting there a while. I do love Kowloon's for that fact Ive been going there my whole life and reminds me of my childhood but that's about it now.
NOT WORTH DRIVING TO!!! I went to this place because it was highly recommended by Phantom Gourmet. They promoted this as a place worth driving to. I went there with high expectations but sad to say I was Very Very DISSAPOINTED! The place smells bad, like unclean toilets and the food is not that good!
