I had a very disappointing experience at Kowbell Burger. There was no seating available, so my husband and I sat at the countertop. The counter didn’t have any napkins, and when I asked for some, the employee appeared to ignore me at first before finally responding. During our visit, the drink fountain appeared to be having issues, and the staff seemed visibly frustrated.
