6-10-2026 5:53AM. Exiting I-17 south Deer Valley. Kowalski truck was in the third lane from the left, the lane only goes straight. I was in the second lane from the left, lane goes straight or turns left. Light turns green and driver turns into my lane cutting me off to make the left turn that he knows he needs to make every day since the office is just around the corner. Would have been even more dangerous if I was intending to go straight from my lane instead of turning left.
My experience with Janet and Riley was absolutely amazing. Janet went over and beyond to help us out and to make sure all of our needs were meant. They were referred to me by family and I would absolutely refer them to any of my other close friends and family.

Just can't express how seamlessly and professionally these folks worked with us on a construction project at our dog foster home. They were efficient and trustworthy. They've done an amazing job and we are truly grateful!
Had to repair a few our apartment units and office after the storm last summer. Overall, I had a great experience largely in part to Liz. I've worked with other GC teams in the past, and the key differentiator here was the additional layer that she provided.
