Robert W. did an exceptional job when called to troubleshoot an electrical concern in an occupied apartment. He was very thorough and he stayed long enough to confirm the issue was resolved. He also took the time to carefully explain to the resident what he found and how he fixed it.
Robert Woodall was the electrician that came out to our apartment. We were having problems with our refrigerator kicking on and off not staying cold. The maintenance at our (Bella mirage apts) we had been dealing with this problem since December and finally demanded an electrician be sent out to do an inspection on the electrical Robert was very knowledgeable and found a problem in the wiring at the breaker box and fixed it. Amazing customer service
Charged us almost $1000 to put up a couple 2x4 and plywood. The technician was there for less than an hour and they charge us over 500 For four hours of labor.
