Dr.Kowell is a wonderful down to earth doctor who takes his time and really listens and honestly cares.Not only is he awesome his staff is to which really makes a big difference!!
Thomas Kowal is a complete lier, and not professional at all. I do not recommend him to nobody. He gave false information to the company I worked for and got me fired. Called to talk him about his false accusations and he will not answer my calls and not respond to messages I left him.
I think Dr kowal's a great doctor, I love the Rx written for no smoking in my house which sounds like you Dr kowal! LoL I'm trying Dr. And smoking is no good; however to get the facts straightened, I moved back here so my mother wouldn't die from lack of care at the Smith county renewal center. I thank you regarding my mom's Care, and trust you more than a nurse with an ink pad. Been seeing Dr. Kowal for almost 25 years, wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Have recommended him many times
I dont really understand the bad reviews. I've been seeing Dr. Kowal for several years now. I think people just misinterpret his personality. He is also human. He always takes his time with me and is thorough. He is a Christian man. He is very kind and listens to me, but he IS the doctor and I am not. I don't usually have to wait very long to see him.
