Dr.Kowell is a wonderful down to earth doctor who takes his time and really listens and honestly cares.Not only is he awesome his staff is to which really makes a big difference!!
Thomas Kowal is a complete lier, and not professional at all. I do not recommend him to nobody. He gave false information to the company I worked for and got me fired. Called to talk him about his false accusations and he will not answer my calls and not respond to messages I left him.
