Call me naive but I thought when you made an appointment it meant something. I didn’t add to the pile of folks waiting for the doors to open because I made an appointment. Out of about 8 customers I was one of two that were handed colors and told to sit while all others were taken back. Maybe we all had 9:00 appointments? Just a couple technicians short.
