I went with my 8week old baby and CiCi did each hand individually so that I could hold my baby. She was so kind and did an amazing job!! 10/10 recommend!
First time trying Kovy Nail Spa and I was so disappointed. Really hard to find good nail techs in Niceville. My dip on hands is splotchy and my toes look as if a toddler painted them outside the lines. Don't get me started on the tools they use, old and used on everyone. Very rushed and not relaxing at all. Time to start learning how to do my own nails. I would typically go back and tell them to fix it, but I really don't think they would do a better job the 2nd time. Would give zero stars if I could.
Koby nail spa has amazing employees and amazing service. I always look forward to getting my nails done at Koby nail spa by cici!
They took really good care of my 7 year old, which was her first time. She loved it. I've been going there for 3 years now and never had any issues. They are quick to get the job done and still make the nails look amazing, not to mention the pedicure. They are very relaxing.
