Do not use this unresponsible construction company. I was in an Incident where the construction company was working on demolition to a bridge ramp in MD and while I was driving under concrete debris fell and cracked my windshield. I sent them the video dashcam where it shows the debris falling onto my windshield, yet they still refuse to have it fixed. I don't understand how FHWA give contracts to unresponsible contractors like Kovilic Construction.
