We have been with Koverman Staley Dickerson for nearly 30 years and they have always been helpful, prompt, and given us good advice even when the claim was not going to be with them. Over the years they've helped us through a large storm damage claim as well as a new car caught in a flash flood, and most recently even gave us advice on handling claims with other insurance companies in two separate, not-at-fault accidents.
