Dave & Marie were a pleasure to work with while selling my home. They got the job done with flying colors!
David and Marie make a wonderful team. David was highly responsive to any inquiry starting with my first phone call to reach out. His research, presentation and strategy were all highly professional and high quality. He was immeasurable help in listing and closing my lakefront home. In addition to being highly personable with excellent communication skills, Marie’s organizational skills ensured a smooth closing. I cannot recommend the team more highly.
The Kovaleski team was terrific from start to finish and made the process so easy. This was the second time I used them and they are such a pleasure to work with, as well as knowledgeable and professional.
I used Dave and Marie Kovaleski when we first purchased our home and used them again when we sold the same home 15 years later. They were great to work with and it was a smooth and pleasant process both times. Highly recommend the Kovaleski.
This was our second time working with the Kovaleski team and it was a great experience again. Very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Both our sale and purchase have gone smoothly.
