I was diagnosed by Dr Banks, who was arrogant , disrespectful and had no bedside manner, with having Parkinsons disease. He saw me for 6 years and finally told me there was nothing more he could do for me. I changed doctors to Dr Kovacs and I am fully satisfied with the way he treated me and listened to me without talking down to me like I was an idiot. He said I have essential tremors and not Parkinsons. He gave me medicine for the tremors and I have no tremors at all now. I recommend Dr Kovacs to anyone who needs a compete... read more
Horrible doctor. Didn’t run a single test for my husband. All he did was read back the paperwork and prescribe an anti depressant. Truly does not give a single care about his patient.
As the previous review stated. He is lazy. Not only that, he does not appear to take symptoms seriously and spends less than 4 minutes to reach a diagnosis without doing any type of neurological workup. His physical consists of what can only be described as a field sobriety test before telling you nothing is wrong when you appear to pass it. Since my visit I have had at least 3 doctors tell me I should have gone somewhere else.
