So grateful for Alek’s hard work and advocacy at many levels to get me the parts I needed and fix my mini split. He was communicative with me throughout and got my heat back on before the snow came.
Really happy with my experience with Alex and the KOVA team. They were responsive, professional, and courteous. I had a heat pump tune up and they were not only able to get out to my house the soonest but also the more affordable option. Alex was able to diagnose an issue and get replacement parts installed. He also shared ways I can improve the performance of my heat pump and what to do to keep it functioning properly.
Not very nice drivers purposely doesn't let people merge in construction zone
We had KOVA come and install a new AC unit for us last year. The team was great to work with! They were professional, reasonable, and on schedule. We've asked them to come back a few times to help us with other things related to our HVAC and each time they've been great. You can tell they really take pride in their work! Thank you, KOVA team!
