I’ve been going to Kova for the last few months and love it! Every level and ability is welcome. Every body shape and size is welcome. The coaches are all very friendly, knowledgeable, supportive, and motivating. The members are the best - a wonderful community of women that cheer each other on. I feel better physically. I’m stronger. I’ve lost weight. My mental health has improved and my confidence is soaring. Thanks, Kova!

Female only gym. Great personal training and group classes. Perfect for the women that haven't ever exercised in a gym setting. No more than 12 people per class. This is especially helpful since the coach and classmates can assist you with setting up the stations. There is a tremendous amount of support and encouragement from everyone. I love this gym! I joined about a year ago and it's the best thing I ever did for myself. The coaches are so knowledgeable and encouraging. And all the other gym members are so kind and will always cheer you on no matter where you're at in your fitness journey. I would encourage anyone who is interested in trying it out to just do it! It may be the best thing you've ever done too!
