Joining Kova is easily one of the best decisions I’ve made in a LONG time!! Everyone is so inclusive and upbeat and it genuinely takes the scary out of joining a gym or doing something new. It starts with an amazing staff and everything else follows suit- the gym space itself, the workouts, all of the small details that come together and make it such a great experience. Cannot recommend Kova enough!

Kova is such a great place to get your body moving, strong and mobile. The people are wonderful and help you through every workout. You can pick the class that best works for you, the instructors can help with your special needs. Everyone in the classes are so welcoming and friendly, a no judgement workout! I really enjoy it!
This place takes the mental load out of lifting. I love Kova! I show up, and the program is all laid out for me. There is always a coach to show the movements and make small suggestions to make the lift more effective or adapt it to my needs. I started with the semi-private option.
