I haven’t particularly enjoyed weight lifting in the past, but Kova has started to change that! The atmosphere and the coaches are so welcoming and fun. It’s a plan I know I can stick to. Thanks Kova!

This gym has been a total game changer for me. I have learned so much, created new friendships, and am seeing major changes in my body, weight, and energy levels. I started with the nutrition part of it and I learned so much from Terra. I created healthy habits that have stuck with me for over a year. I added on fitness classes last spring and that combined with what I learned in the nutrition program, has been more beneficial to me than any app, fad diet, or going to the gym on my own. Best gym I have been to! They helped me get to a place where I can be more confident in working out and more comfortable in my body. Everyone is so friendly and supportive! The classes were awesome and the semi private sessions were even better! Thank you to all the Kova trainers! Highly highly recommend!!

I’ve really enjoyed my experience at Kova! All the coaches and other members are super nice and supportive. Kova coaches continuously check in with you to see how you’re doing and if there’s anything you might need help with. Their positivity and energy during sessions makes working out fun and motivates you to really go for it. I’m excited to continue my journey with Kova.
