Female only gym. Great personal training and group classes. Perfect for the women that haven't ever exercised in a gym setting. No more than 12 people per class. This is especially helpful since the coach and classmates can assist you with setting up the stations. There is a tremendous amount of support and encouragement from everyone. I love this gym! I joined about a year ago and it's the best thing I ever did for myself. The coaches are so knowledgeable and encouraging. And all the other gym members are so kind and will always cheer you on no matter where you're at in your fitness journey. I would encourage anyone who is interested in trying it out to just do it! It may be the best thing you've ever done too!

Excellent gym with modern equipment and a clean, comfortable setup. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to guide members. The atmosphere is positive and motivating. It’s a great place to stay consistent with workouts and achieve fitness goals. Highly recommended!
