After a really bad haircut and colour at a different salon yesterday morning I phoned Kouture and asked if I could come in to have someone try and fix the cut and the colour I had done elsewhere. Alicia was able to fix the cut so it is the best cut I have had in quite a few years and I am looking forward to going in in a couple of weeks to have them fix my colour. My sisters booked in here yesterday for her hair and make up for her wedding. She looked absolutely radient and stunning and it exceeded any expectations that we both had i think. I had my hair done that morning at a separate hair dresser as they were booked out and it was honestly a mess. The beautiful owner of this place took time out of her morning to fix my own hair free of charge and I could not be more greatful to her and her staff.
