Disappointed. I called the office while leaving work around 3:40 to check and see if I could make an appointment to have my daughter seen for an ear ache or if I should just walk in. I called knowing that it would around 4:45-5 before I could make it there. I work downtown Indy and still had to get my daughter. I spoke with Hunter who seemed to be distracted talking to me and said I shouldn’t need an appointment I should be fine walking in. Well it wasn’t fine. I've been to this healthcare facility twice and have had a great experience both times! All of the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the provider takes the time to actually listen to you and your concerns. The cost is low for such high quality healthcare!
