This guy is the worst. The device stopped working in the middle of dangerous storm and instead of giving me the code to reset it he insisted that I risk my life by driving on icy roads for 2 hours to his shop! Basically, Mike just wanted to ransom me for another expensive service stop at his shop. Full of excuses, my bro went there to get his after market cd player installed in his Suburban. They didn't have the right kit in stock to finish the trim around the front of the cd player which was no problem. The main install guy said he could order it and it would be there in the next 3 or 4 days. So bring the truck back in and we will finish it in 15 min tops.
