This guy is the worst. The device stopped working in the middle of dangerous storm and instead of giving me the code to reset it he insisted that I risk my life by driving on icy roads for 2 hours to his shop! Basically, Mike just wanted to ransom me for another expensive service stop at his shop. Smart Start should remove his franchise because their own instructions say that he could have and should have provided to code over the phone. Excellent Company PERIOD!! Got my husbands truck in for front tint within a week, got it done in their time frame and it looks perfect. Very professional and really nice people. Best price I found as well. 100% recommend and will be using them again!

Got very good service at Kountry Customz today! We needed a new stereo installed in an older car and they did a great job!
Full of excuses, my bro went there to get his after market cd player installed in his Suburban. They didn't have the right kit in stock to finish the trim around the front of the cd player which was no problem. The main install guy said he could order it and it would be there in the next 3 or 4 days. So bring the truck back in and we will finish it in 15 min tops. My brother already went there 3 different times still no part or no phone call or text message. Its already been almost a month and same excuse....ya my ups guy w... read more
