Used to be a good source for glasses, but now seems to be outright fraudulent. My order status was never updated and all attempts at communication resulted in dishonest replies. I've had no choice but to dispute the charge. Something happened with Kounopt and they should be avoided at all costs.

I have received mixed service from Jim. His work is top notch, but his order fulfillment has become underwhelming of late. Waiting for his business to resume / recover.

This is a fraudulent company. My Cartier frames were on back order and Jim kept advising about this or that delay and he was doing his best to get them to me. I have 4 pages of emails with all the back and forth. After 6 months I requested a refund. Long story short I never received the glasses and it has been 2 months now that he has been “trying” to issue me a refund for $747.16. Buyer beware! Don’t use this company.
