Great office and great staff. Happy patient for the last 5 years!
Can never get through on the phone, which is terrible when you actually really need to talk to someone. I even tried the after hours number and they told me to call the office since they’re in office. I had a medical emergency twice now, and was instructed to get ahold of my OB, they don’t answer their phones.
I tried to call at 10 am twice to cancel my appointment for Monday but apparently they turned their phones off because the office is closed but the website says it doesn’t close until 12. I also tried to reschedule on MyChart but it wouldn’t let me.
Dr Koulianos is the best and his staff there is great too. He delivered my last 2 babies, i was high risk with them so i did have to see high risk specialist but they were ALWAYS on the same page with each other and me. He also did my tubal removal, and im still going there for regular check ups. The other ladies you see when hes delivering are also amazing and up to speed on you too so youre not answering a thousand questions multiple times.
