I had a terrible experience with Kouder electric. I scheduled an appointment for them to come and fix an electrical issue in my business, but they never showed up. I waited for days and tried calling/texting them multiple times, but no one came. To make matters worse, they had already charged for the service before even coming out. It's extremely disappointing and unprofessional to take my money without providing the service they promised. Please stay away from this trailer park trash “business “!!!

We sent David, the owner, equipment for installation. The install didn't occur and he has repeatedly apologized for not sending it back, and said for months he would return it. The equipment has yet to be returned. We finally had to send the issue to collections.

RUN!!!! Do yourself a HUGE favor and stay away from this guy! If I could give negative stars I would. To sum it up, similar to the other true reviews on here, Kouder Electric did not complete work, gave me the runaround for weeks, refused to try to make things right, and left me with a mess. After not hearing back from a few other local professionals about electrical work I needed done at an investment property, I contacted Kouder. Where do I begin?? We hired Kouder Electric through Home Advisor in April 2018, to install 7 interior doors and replace a shower pan and shower door. That's it. Apparently, they decided to delve into the construction arena. The manager came out and told us the job was simple and would be done in two days. So, he scheduled it for the following week.
