Dr. Kouchakan is a wonderful and caring doctor. He listens carefully and never makes you feel rushed during appointments. I truly appreciate his patience and the genuine care he shows for his patients. It’s great that you can also have a consultation and have an infusion in one day.
Dr. Koochakan is one of the very best and knowledgeable doctors. His clinic is on time with very well educated personnel who help you in all the time during the procedure. Thanks a lot De for being there for us.

The doctor told me to make an appointment in 3 months. I went to reception and she told me I don't make appointments, they will call me. They never called. Now I am told that I cannot make an appointment without another referral when I was referred there in the first place. I cannot get refills of my medication and have already had to go to the hospital to get refills. Completely unprofessional and outrageous behaviour from this staff. Not only a great doctor but a great person as a human. I never forget his kindness what he has done for me when I was ill. Hope he stays healthy for a long time. We don’t have many doctors like him around.
