Dr. Kouchakan is a wonderful and caring doctor. He listens carefully and never makes you feel rushed during appointments. I truly appreciate his patience and the genuine care he shows for his patients. It’s great that you can also have a consultation and have an infusion in one day.

The doctor told me to make an appointment in 3 months. I went to reception and she told me I don't make appointments, they will call me. They never called. Now I am told that I cannot make an appointment without another referral when I was referred there in the first place. I cannot get refills of my medication and have already had to go to the hospital to get refills. Completely unprofessional and outrageous behaviour from this staff.
