I had several infections and for 2 years and I was either misdiagnosed or they “couldn’t find the source of my infection”. It was a nightmare with many long visits to the hospital and several tests/doctors. Dr. Kotwal and is team are phenomenal, they finally diagnosed me with valley fever. They are super smart and so nice. They truly wanted to help me. With their help, I know I’ll get better.
So lucky to have this doctor when you have a serious infection. Very busy so his explanation was short and sweet. By the time you see this doctor you may need a super strong medicine. Its a little scary at first but it's the only option to keep body parts or possibly live!! PS. As a side note I came from a state you were lucky to even get to see a doctor. I don't understand negative reviews over "bedside manners". Suck it up and be grateful you have a doctor.
Very kind man it seem like he only does the minimal never saying since things are improving mabe we can try a less harmful medication
