I have a 2002 Eurovan Weekender that just turned 200,000 miles. It is still our go-to road trip bus thanks to Tim’s excellent service and expertise. His team’s experience with these vans is invaluable to me, because it is not easy to find someone who will work on them. Thank you Kotter’s for keeping her running like new.
The only repair shop I will take my VW to! They are highly competent, trust worthy, fairly priced and they do not attempt to tack on unnecessary repairs. The miniature VW collection lining the walls of the office is amazing too!
WARNING!!! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A REAL SERVICE!!! I took my car in a month ago to get my spark plugs changed (which are supposed to last 50000 miles) and when I took my Volkswagen to the dealership the other day they told me that the spark plugs I had, which were supposed to be **BRAND NEW** were already rusted. These scammers either put old spark plugs in or didn't do ANYTHING, on top of that they were over 30 minutes late to my oil change service, and their neighbor informed me I was better off leaving since these gu... read more
I am so happy I found Kotter’s in Escondido I’ve been traveling in my vintage VW Bus. I found Kotter’s it was recommended on a local San Diego Volkswagen Facebook page. Grateful for that post. I took my bus to Kotter’s they not only fix the issues that I had but nonchalantly fixed an issue with my gear oil leaking that I was told by two different mechanics it would cost me around 2000 dollars.
