Just a very good experience. I took my grandmother's engagement ring and 2 other 1930's rings and had Mr Kotter take a look at them. I was very pleased with the info he provided (appraised and discussed having to size up so many sizes.....)and proceeded to have the engagement ring sized to fit my "plump" finger. For the work that was done; size adjustment, replacing missing small diamond and cleaning, the price was very reasonable. *That was April, it's now September and the stretched, thin, ring band is still intact.
