It's a Vermont A, but probably a B+ compared to a big costal city place. I only had the sushi, bc that is what I was craving. It's better than most I've had in VT. The have 3 sushi chefs working and they doo a good volume. The fish, except for the octopus, rated fresh and was tender. The octopus had been frozen, but I am 200 miles from an ocean. Cooked food was excellent. Fish was fresh on both sushi and rolls.
