Not only was the food delicious but the customer service was too notch. I mistakenly online ordered to the wrong location, once I realized, I threw in a quick order at the correct location because my lunch hour was running out. The girl at the front asked what happened and I explained I was trying to contact the online ordering company to get a refund, she called the owner over, he made my food as I had ordered it in the other location and refunded the other transaction I had just made. koto is an absolute hidden gem. one of my favorite karoake spots, the food is great and they have a great late night menu on weekends with a variety of items. Vicki, Z and Lily are incredible bartenders and have great recommendations! The Sunday karoake with Nick is always a blast. He's got such a chaotic energy that's infectious and he's incredibly accommodating if there's a song you wanna do that's not available -- just give him a day or two and he's got it ready to go potentially with a small fee ($5). I give atmosphere a 2 because the guy they have for karaoke is the same guy for O'Neil's in Salem. Worst karaoke I've ever heard. But if you close your eyes and imagine he's Lin Manuel Miranda whose life went drastically off the rails he's not bad? But why should anyone have to do that. The karaoke guy guy should seriously keep to his day job though. Why they hire this dude is a mystery. 4 tables were talking shit about the guy and said Koto won't do anything. So go there on a non karaoke night.
