Went here the other day the waiter kept rushing us to order faster and when it came to pay our total was 81 and we payed her the cash spilt with tap and she came back and took an extra 27 dollars for her tip which we payed 20 and took the 7 for god knows what
We came in and got seated right away. 4 adults and a toddler (and a baby that didn’t eat). Alyssa was our waitress and she was very attentive. The food came out right away. We ordered a bento box, a chicken soup, a sushi roll, and a chasu Ramen. The only comment was for the ramen it just needed more broth. Alyssa was great!
The food was delicious and we had a great time watching the horror movie of the month. I did not enjoy that the server (with the green in her hair) treated us extremely badly throughout the meal- who gives a snippy response to somebody clarifying over an order when she was the one who misspoke or acts like it is the biggest inconvenience when somebody is calling for her (actively holding back on making a face and then turning around to fake smile at us)? First time at this establishment. Kinda expected more from a venue that hosts various bands and events. The sushi was good, though not amazing. The drinks were disappointing though. I've never had a martini out of the plastic cup. Tasted low quality as well and no effort made for garnish. Now as an Asian fusion restaurant I wouldn't expect the best martinis, but if it's printed on your menu as a cocktail you specifically make, then one would expect more effort to be made. Highly recommend if you are looking for delicious ramen bowl, Japanese or Chinese dishes. Friendly staff, unique and funky atmosphere. Doubles as a music venue.
