I had a great experience with Dr. Kotikian. His staff was not only very polite, but very professional.
I would gladly give 5 stars for the doctors. They are amazing, but the billing and insurance process is a MESS. I have been calling for three months to get my difference. I paid the whole amount in advance ‘cause they said you will get the difference after we get paid from the insurance. Now they are playing around, making me pay the interest rate of that amount for the past two-three months. This is ridiculous!!! Still trying to solve this without loosing manners .
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Armond Kotikian. He is very professional, caring, and truly takes the time to make his patients feel comfortable. What impressed me most was that he personally called me the next day to check on how I was doing. This level of care and follow-up is rare. I highly recommend Dr. Kotikian to anyone looking for a skilled, caring, and trustworthy doctor.
