Great experience overall. I didn’t feel anything during the procedure. The doctor was great and very funny, but professional, which really helped ease any nerves going in.
Dr. Kotikian demonstrated exceptional professionalism and ensured the entire experience was smooth and stress free. My wisdom teeth extraction was painless, with no postoperative swelling.
Very disappointing experience. I provided my insurance on February 20, but during my March 17 visit I still had to wait about 2 hours while it was processed. On top of that, I waited another 2 hours past my scheduled appointment in very uncomfortable conditions with no air conditioning. Communication was extremely poor every call involved 15+ minute hold times, no one returned calls, and I was told there is no office manager and no email access. That is completely unprofessional. I was referred to Dr Kotikian and Pacific Oral & MaxilloFacial Surgery Center. I went for a great consult which lead to me having my lower wisdom teeth removed a few weeks later. Dr Kotikian and the entire office were informative, helpful, and down right good human beings. Dr Kotikian and his staff were professional and courteous and I had a great experience during pre-op, op, and post-op. I definitely recommend Dr Kotikian and his team.
