I signed up with Leader insurance through Kotick Agency. They charged me an additional $100 saying that I asked to be signed up for roadside assistance - which I never asked for nor recieved. I have not recieved any club memebership for the roadside assistance and I know that this is normal practice for this company.. They hope that you never question the extra $100. Kotick Insurance Agency charged me an extra $100 beyond what my car insurance policy cost. When I questioned them about the extra $100 I was told that it was for roadside assistance, even though at the time I obtained the car insurance policy I was not asked whether I wanted roadside assistance and the additional fee was not disclosed to me.
