I haven’t been able to schedule an appointment with them, even if they received the referral. Worst customer service. Very disappointed 😔

Very rude receptionist. Took me 3 months to get appointment. They refuse to see me because I didn't have my insurance card with me. First of all I was referred to them from my doctor. They had all my information . And the receptionist said that she couldn't do anything about it

She didn't received referral ,after that she found another reason to refuse schedule appointment , doctor didn't sent lab test . I asked to give me e-mail address for sending , she gave not valid e-mail . Now she didn't contact with me . I began to use prednisolone from Ukraine 20 mg .
