My 83 year old Father visited this location last week as my dear sweet Mom passed away in November of 2023 and wanted to inquire regarding a head stone. He was treated as though his presence was a distraction for the lady at the front desk, he inquired as to the price and she threw a few numbers out and asked anything else. Zero compassion, zero customer service, zero empathy! Walked out and heading over to Milano!! Boo on this business
