Quick & communicative- two things I greatly appreciate! I was quoted 6 to 8 weeks for an engraving & it was done in less than a month. I was notified when the work was complete.
The woman who works for them is condescending and cruel. I called to see if they could fix my brother's stone which had fallen off the pad he was kia in Vietnam. When she called me back..she had no price to give me..just lectured me that the Sexton from St. Francis in Medina is the best person to fix it (I had already waited over a month and it wasn't fixed by him) when I said no I just want to get it fixed...she spoke rudely to me and said ..so if there is a funeral he is just supposed to help me and turn down a funeral. Kim Messina should find another line of work. My family's memorial arrived during the pandemic. I requested a picture or the ability to view it before final payment. Kims response and tone were distasteful. She made me feel like that request was a complete hassle. From the time final payment was mailed to placement took almost a month. My family was never notified in any way that the memorial was sent to the cemetary for placement.
