Very pleased. Unfortunately, he was not able to help me personally but he and Karen both were so kind and sympathetic to my situation and gave me excellent advice so that I can work on getting my issue resolved. Not too many attorney's are willing to talk to someone if they are not getting paid. Thank you both so very much.
