My ‘specialist’ at this clinic said I didn’t have a condition I have now been diagnosed with. She didn’t examine me. My new specialist did. She said I needed a joint replacement. My new specialist said I don’t. She was dreadful and I will never recommend or see again.

The reception staff are pretty good with arranging appointments and offering earlier appointments if there’s been a cancellation and the wait time in reception isn’t bad at all either. Unfortunately consultations are not to a standard you would expect with a specialist; just in and out, a couple of questions, and not much depth to explanations or any display of an understanding (or even listening to) of the patient’s concerns, their questions, or what they have to say. I have been going to this practice for a number of years and it is consistently bad service. They change appointment times at the last minute. I re-arange my work to attend and then they just message the day before and say your appointment is a different time (don't even ask, just tell you). They forget to send scripts or they send the incorrect script so i'm often trying to access my medication last minute even though I've allowed a month for the script to come through and made follow up calls. Dr Aishwarya Sukhdeo (Rheumatologist) is one of the best medical professionals I have ever met. She is so empathetic, listens to every concern, provides genuine solutions and insight and is just a kind human being. I felt so comfortable and safe throughout my appointment and left feeling so heard and like my health was in very good hands. I can’t recommend her enough!
