No empathy at all from the receptionists.
Outstanding care from start to finish. My GP truly listens, collaborates on diagnosis and treatment, and takes my long-term health issues seriously — a rare and deeply appreciated experience. The women’s health clinic with Dr Forbes has also been a lifesaver, especially for perimenopause advice. I’ve recommended several clients and they’ve all had positive experiences too. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and I’ve never had trouble getting an appointment. Truly the best medical practice I’ve ever attended!
I am a new patient to KFP. My experience and service that I received today was nothing but above and beyond my expectation. The receptionist and nurse that attended to my needs were both professional and caring . Well done and Thank you !
Unfortunately this practice was recommended to me but I found it didn't meet adequate professional standards. Communication with the office was particularly poor with delayed responses and vague replies.
