Being a patient at the practice for over 20 years, I've seen a gradual decline in genuine patient care into one that in my opinion now resembles a one-size-fits-all sausage factory. Get you in - quickly give you the once-over, hand you a script and then get you out.....NEXT!! The front counter staff are always pleasant and helpful but that's where it ends. It seems like get 'm in, get 'm out profit is now the driving force of this once fine practice. If you expect better than that, I believe you should look elsewhere.

Definitely don’t recommend. I was charged $90 dollars for a 4 minute phone consult where the doctor didn’t have my results, I had to call the sonographer myself to confirm my ultrasound results had been sent and even after that it took nearly two weeks before they were sent to me by Ochre. They kept saying they’d sort it out and would never call back and the results were regarding a serious medical concern. I’ve seen two female doctors at this practice who are both incredible. I’ve searched for a good doctor for years and have found two at the same clinic. They are so thorough, listen to your concerns, validate your experience and offer great advice. 10/10 recommend to anyone who wishes to have incredible care. Receptionists are always pleasant too :)

Was told for 4 years that my debilitating back and period/pelvic pain was linked to my trauma and mental health. I’ve just been diagnosed with Endometriosis and a hyper-mobility disorder. Wish I could give 0 stars to every single doctor that never listened to me.
