My experience with KOTA has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. KOTA partnered with my roofer, demanding FULL payment for their services and promising to pass along the roofer's share when the work was complete. The roofing work was completed on May 26, 2023, and according to the agreement, payment was due within 10 days, by June 5, 2023. I had an excellent experience with this company back in 2022. I contacted them regarding an inverter thats was not working properly, I got in contact with Tripper Gawan VP and he was very attentative,helpful,kind and very professional! Thank you Kota for going above and beyond!

We had Chris Garcia as our sales rep. Great guy, super professional, and caring about our needs and budget. It all came together with genuine ease. There were no high-pressure sales tactics; we told him we needed to think and research his information, and he said to give him a call when we were ready. He was true to his word and waited until we called. We are pleased with the panels we purchased.
