My experience with KOTA has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. KOTA partnered with my roofer, demanding FULL payment for their services and promising to pass along the roofer's share when the work was complete. The roofing work was completed on May 26, 2023, and according to the agreement, payment was due within 10 days, by June 5, 2023.
