I purcvhased a Chevy Spark 6 months ago and got lied to and ripped off big time. I will spare the details. Worst dealership in the Okanagan
We bought off Kelowna Kia 11 years ago and we purchased a Oil change package and have received no charge oil changes but we kept the vehicle so long that Kot Auto Group decided to end the package without any notice during our last oil change that they were no longer covering any future oil changes, as "we weren't the ones that sold you your vehicle". We are NOT the only ones, as the service manager said others were upset too. I would never buy any vehicle from Kot Auto Group ever! They are shady.
Met 2 nice people then the manager came by an switched up if they have 30 day warranty told us yes then no Then every car I'd ask about he wouldn't try and find out he'd say the same thing for all 10 cars I asked about he would just say "I don't know it's a trade in" Like try then gave us attitude when we were leaving! Great priced vehicles and would love to grab some pretty often too fix but I can't stand the manager so please work on this for the next people and dont wasted my time and money had too come from kamloops and ... read more
