John Kosylo laughs when I tell him to put his Superman cape on, I have a client in need of help. True story. He's helped MANY MANY clients of mine. The most remarkable? My client had a predatory investor pay a devious but legal lawyer to try to steal her home out from under her. They owed back taxes. The lawyer (flippers') called my client and told her not to worry about the back taxes. She would have almost 2 years before the sheriff sale. In approx. 6 weeks the home was slated for sheriff sale. He was a rude, ignorant, and nasty person. I wasn’t even the one who contacted him yet spoke to me as if I was such a bother to him. I wouldn’t recommend John to my worst enemy. Save yourself the aggravation and do not use John for ANYTHING!!! If I could leave less then one star I would
