Need to be able to give negative stars here. Best i can say is incompetent. Took over a year and a half to probate my mother's will incurring an $18000 penalty with the CRA. He blamed covid for the lengthy wait then blamed the court for losing his filing (never filed when he said he did) would not provide proof of filing so I could recoup the penalty.
