Nakoda and Kostoff Construction are the most reliable , efficient and productive contractors. We booked a job for a one bedroom paint all walls and ceiling along with a gutter clean and the job started at 9am - the total job was completed by 2pm and looked amazing. So thankful for all of the work they produce and are completing. 10/10
I would highly recommend Kostoff Construction for home renovations. I called to schedule an estimate on 7/9/25. They were here the next day on time and provided a quote the next day. I needed self leveling concrete poured in my basement and installation of interlocking luxury vinyl tile & baseboards. They completed the self-leveling concrete work on 7/16, arrived on time, and returned the next day to install the flooring and baseboards. I’m very pleased with the work and will use them again in the future!
Nakota and his team were incredible. Very professional and quick at work. We had a wall demoed in our basement and a room remodeled. Highly recommend!
