I had a car towed there that was a rental. After the worker at the desk refused to let me get my stuff from the car even though I had a rental agreement I was forced to wait until enterprise recovered the vehicle to try and reclaim my possessions only to find out the car had been completely cleaned out! NO SURPRISE THERE!!! Can't get an honest answer as to where my cell phone 1200 dollars in cash and ALOT of other stuff are at! RecommendedGreat business that supports their community IN FULL. When you use their services you’re also giving back to your community. Many times during my residency in town, the Kostka family has supported my own family. One morning I locked my keys in my pride n joy hot rod while it was running, in my garage while rushing to get out of the door already late for work and within 15 minutes I had assistance I knew would treat my third child (aka hot rod) with respect and trusted to come to my home.
I would recommend YouTubing how to fix your car, no matter the severity of the damage. I used Kostka and it took over 2 months to get my car back (no, there was not that much damage) when I finally got my car back the whole top of my trunk is scratched up from them sitting stuff on it, paint behind the door handle is scratched up on both doors, there’s a piece missing from the inside of my car, the bumper was not put on properly, no alignment was done & just to top it off my car was filthy on the inside when I finally got it... read more
I have always been treated fair. They have always done good work for me, and for the price I was told. I wouldn’t recommend anybody else.
Awesome owner and employees. David is so helpful and caring. He makes sure all work is done correctly before the customer drives off. I highly recommend this shop.
