Koster has done 2 systems for me. Very satisfied with both. Service calls are answered quickly and professionally. They also reach out to me regarding seasonal needs and required inspections. ð??ð??ð??
I called Koster Irrigation and my call was returned promptly that same day. The serviceman came to my residence the following week to correct my lawn sprinkler system issue. The work was done in a timely matter and all my questions and concerns were answered. After the work was done the system was operated to assure me it operated to my satisfaction. If I need any further work done on my lawn sprinkler system I would not hesitate to call on them again. ************************

**** Koster is a straight shooter. I got three estimates for installing an in-ground irrigation system in my front yard. ****'s estimate was on the high side, but he was the only contractor who told me the truth about everything I asked. One of the other contractors gave me a cost estimate for a certain component that was easily shown to be false by a quick internet search. Another contractor told me that Raleigh code required a set spacing between certain components of the system. I didn't like the answer, so I checked the... read more
Communication with the owner Will Koster was very poor. If he spent the time he has trying to apologize about not calling and doing what he said he would, This could have a happy ending. I'm just tired of so many businesses not following up with customers. There's no excuse for it. If you don't want my business, Just tell me!
